The Aptos Foundation and Ignition AI Accelerator have partnered to accelerate the expansion of artificial intelligence-focused startups in Asia.
Aptos Foundation and the AI Ignition Accelerator, supported by NVIDIA, Tribe, and Digital Industry Singapore, will propel AI growth in the Asia Pacific region into the next phase.
An announcement on X states that the collaboration will use finance and blockchain technology from Aptos.
These funds will only be available to companies that are approved for the accelerator program. According to the companies, Aptos Foundation plans to utilize Microsoft’s OpenAI Service to remove obstacles to adoption.
Ignition AI Accelerator director Ng Yi Ming pointed out that the integration will do more than spur AI growth.
Global synergies are anticipated, bringing together resources and knowledge to strengthen teams and entrepreneurs throughout the ecosystem.
Aptos blockchain’s expanding ecosystem
More and more projects are supported by the Aptos ecosystem, ranging from stablecoins and marketplaces to decentralized finance, gaming, and tooling.
Bridges, AI, decentralized physical infrastructure networks, and non-fungible token tooling are some of the ongoing projects.
With the announcement of a long-term partnership with Aptos in June 2024, the massive entertainment conglomerate NBCUniversal chose the blockchain network for its gaming and fan experience projects.
The initial collaboration ended in September 2023, and this move followed. The historic Le Poisson Rouge will host shows and sell tickets on-chain through Aptos thanks to a partnership between event ticketing platform KYD Labs and the venue in July 2024.
Recently, the blockchain platform collaborated with Myco, a streaming platform, to make web3 entertainment more widely available.
The government accelerator program Tribe and AI chip manufacturer NVIDIA support the Singapore-based Ignition AI Accelerator, which was introduced in May 2024.
