The biggest Ethereum (ETH) whales have been amassing the Shiba Inu (SHIB) token in anticipation of the upcoming announcement.
According to WhaleStats, one of the ETH whales named ‘Gimli’ purchased over $11.3 million worth of 421.3 billion SHIBs. The whale added a hefty sum of Shiba Inu coins in just two transactions.

SHIB recently hinted at imminent new announcements and asked its army to remain tuned for March 30th. Shiba Inu saw in rise in prices in response to this news, and it appears that the largest ETH wallets are also interested in the new developments.
SHIB has landed on the list of 10 tokens purchased by ETH whales in the last 24 hours as a result of this action. It was ranked as the 4th biggest coin purchased. Meanwhile, the Coin has joined the list of the whale’s largest coins purchased in the recent 7 and 30 days.
The ETH whales have accumulated approximately $16 million worth of 622 billion Shiba Inu tokens in the last 24 hours, according to WhaleStats. Out of which Gimli single-handedly added over 421,370,420,624 SHIBs (around $11.31 million) in two different transactions.
According to the data, the largest of the ETH whales own over $1.4 billion worth of SHIB tokens. It accounts for 14.33% of the company’s total holdings among other coins.
Leash prices increase by over 27%.

As announced earlier, the Doge Killer (LEASH) will be granted priority in purchasing plots of land in the SHIB’s metaverse. In the last 24 hours, the price of Leash has surged by over 28%. Its 24-hour trading volume of $12,089,243 has jumped by 273%. The Doge Killer was trading at an average price of $1,868.03 at the time of writing this article.
