Kory Spiroff, the ex president of Domino’s Pizza, has joined the advisory board of FriesDAO, a decentralized autonomous organization that was set up to make it easier for people to get into the fast food industry.
Spiroff’s role on the advisory board
To help the organization reach its goal of making real-world operations based on blockchain governance, Spiroff has taken on a new job with them. FriesDAO wants to give people who use cryptocurrency a way to help the growth of fast food restaurant franchises, like McDonald’s and Burger King.
By leaving their mark on a lot of businesses in FriesDAO’s network of restaurants, the DAO plans to buy and build on-chain and membership value around popular fast-food restaurants.
We’re excited to announce Kory Spiroff, a former president of @dominos, has joined the friesDAO advisory team! With over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he will help the $FRIES community in our collective fast food franchise endeavors.— friesDAO (🍟,🍟) (@friesdao) February 9, 2022
Expectations by FriesDAO
Spiroff is thought to have a big impact on the DAO because he has worked in the restaurant business for 35 years. As a delivery man for Domino’s, Spiroff first worked in the fast-food industry in 1985. In the early 1990s, he opened his own Domino’s franchise in Hawaii.
In the future, Spiroff decided to sell his stores and join the company at its headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The world headquarters are in Michigan. Then 13 years later, he moved to Europe to become Domino’s Vice President of EMEA, which allowed him to help shape the company’s strategy for the European market.
In the past, Spiroff has worked with the European market for a long time. After that, he worked for Domino’s Germany as its managing director, then became president of QSR at Alamar Foods Company, which owns the master franchise rights to Domino’s and Dunkin’ Donuts in the Middle East and North Africa. Spiroff recently joined the board of Eat N’ Go, Africa, which owns the master franchise rights to Domino’s and Cold Stone Creamery in Nigeria and Kenya.
FriesDAO will use the knowledge and contacts of the former president of Domino’s to find and buy franchises of well-known restaurant brands, which is a part of the plan to bring blockchain-based governance to the fast-food industry.
