An AI bounty program has been launched by Orderly Network in collaboration with Google Cloud, asking programmers to develop web3 autonomous trade agents.
The web3 infrastructure hub Orderly Network, in partnership with Google Cloud and Empyreal, an intelligent web infrastructure, has started an AI bounty program. The project seeks to entice programmers to design blockchain-based autonomous trading agents.
A press release from Sept. 17 that was obtained states that participants in the program will receive rewards if they create AI-driven bots that can carry out trades on the liquidity layer of the Orderly Network.
However, the award amounts and payment modes were kept a secret. The project aims to encourage traders to use automated trading bots, which can communicate with various data sources and help them “make more informed decisions.”
According to Arjun Arora, chief operating officer of Orderly Network, the program’s goal is to aid in the creation of an AI-powered onchain derivatives platform. Arjun Arora:
This initiative invites both web2 and web3 developers to build autonomous agents utilizing diverse data sources, bridging the gap between today’s potential and the future of DeFi.”
Empyreal will facilitate developers’ shift from web2 to web3 by offering a software development kit as part of the agreement, making the process of creating AI agents easier. Cloud and AI technologies from Google Cloud will enable the scalability of these applications.
According to Orderly Network, the bounty program will last for a few weeks, and developers will have the chance to get rewards based on how well their AI agents perform.
Although Orderly Network acknowledges that AI agents are becoming more popular in the cryptocurrency field, the technology is still in its early stages; the campaign is anticipated to spur the creation of more sophisticated trading tools inside the decentralized environment.
