Stellar, a blockchain network for international payments and real-world asset solutions, will operate on Dune, the leading cryptocurrency ecosystem on-chain data platform.
During Meridian 2024—a three-day annual conference centered around the Stellar blockchain—the integration between Stellar and Dune was unveiled.
This year’s conference takes place from October 15–17 in London, United Kingdom. Thanks to the connection, users of Dune can now investigate the Stellar ecosystem by utilizing the analytics capabilities on the platform.
Developers, analysts, and other users can gain fresh insights into the cross-border payments network through access to data. Dune revealed in September that it was integrating with more than 50 parachains in the Polkadot ecosystem.
The support provides developers, data analysts, and investors with real-time data. On October 11, 2024, the web3 platform also joined forces with Worldcoin to develop a partnership allowing Worldcoin users to access real-time on-chain data on the future blockchain World Chain.Â
Dune will assist Stellar in growing its market share in the payments and tokenization sectors through its most recent agreement.
According to Fredrik Haga, co-founder, and CEO of Dune, users may now access and evaluate market data on Stellar in terms of KPIs like total transaction volumes, network health, or interactions with smart contracts. The expansion of decentralized finance applications will also depend heavily on integration. Fredik Haga:
With the integration of Stellar into Dune, we’re offering the community a chance to explore on-chain data that are crucial for understanding the dynamics of global payments and asset tokenization. Communities can now analyze key metrics, including transaction volumes, token transfers, and smart contract interactions, helping them refine use cases in areas like remittances and DeFi”
On Dune, Stellar can be accessed through an official dashboard. In addition, users can access pre-built dashboards that display important blockchain network metrics or develop their bespoke dashboards.
