The Terra Luna Classic community casts a vote on an additional significant proposal that would affect the chain’s internal storage before the developers commence critical chain enhancements.
However, it prevents developers from exporting the critical genesis.json file containing the state of Terra Classic for testnets.
The proposal is currently enjoying unanimous support from validators, as all participants have cast their “Yes” votes in favor of the proposal, with the priority being the activation of the ICA Controller parameter.
Community Set Terra Luna Classic To Enable ICA Controller
On the Station wallet, Proposal 12005 “Consistently set ICA Controller Parameter” is currently up for vote; the proposal has already garnered substantial community support.
Setting the parameters of the ICA Controller module of Terra Classic to “enable” is the objective of the proposal.
Currently, a network error is causing inconsistency in the internal storage of the module, which hinders developers from exporting the Terra Classic state into a genesis.json file.
Fragwuerdig, a well-known developer, pointed out that this presents an obstacle for those who wish to generate testnets based on the mainnet’s state by extracting the blockchain’s state into a specialized file known as the “genesis file.”
Votes for the proposal are as follows: 99.96% “Yes,” some “No,” “No with veto,” and “Abstain.”
Meanwhile, all 31 participating validators cast their support for the proposal, including Orion, Interstellar Lounge, Stakely, Luna Station 88, and others.
LUNC Price Drops 10%
Ecosystem tokens for Terra Classic began to decline after the crypto exchange Crypto.com verified the delisting of LUNC.
The market-wide selloff has also affected the prices of LUNC and USTC.
The price of LUNC has decreased by more than 10% in the past 24 hours, compounding losses caused by the bankruptcy of TFL.
At the moment, the price trades at $0.0000902. In one week, LUNC dropped by 27%.
Meanwhile, the 24-hour high and low are $0.0000895 and $0.000102, respectively.
The price of USTC is currently $0.0227, a decrease of over 8% over the past 24 hours.
