Trendy Tigers, the latest edition of a non-fungible token (NFT) collection, allows the user to train virtual tigers to do tricks.
The ability to interact directly with the tiger creations’ machine-learning virtual films has never been seen before in an NFT asset. Axie Infinity, Bored Ape Yacht Club, CryptoPunks, and other recent collections have sold for millions of dollars, but Trendy Tigers is the first NFT collection that aims to bridge the gap between passive appreciation of NFT artwork and actively helping it learn new skills.
This could be a big step toward programming NFTs with artificial intelligence and owner recognition skills in the future, allowing “artwork” to imprint, interact, and bond with consumers. The following are some of the highlights of the upcoming NFT launch, as stated in the press release:

“Minting Trendy Tigers on the Ethereum blockchain is the ticket to enter the Jungleverse where all the animals will live with the humans forever. Here, the owners join a vibrant community of like-minded people who talk the same language, have exclusive merchandise and privileges in the real world and the Metaverse,” the press release states.
The Trendy Tigers’ developers are billing this debut as “the next level of digital richness interwoven throughout the entire experience,” which may or may not be true, but it does provide a distinct alternative among a slew of seemingly similar NFT products.
As the enthusiasm for crypto assets hit new highs, NFT sales volume soared to $10.7 billion in the third quarter of 2021, up more than eightfold from the previous quarter.
According to the company’s website, the basic collection has 9,999 two-dimensional photos like the ones shown above, as well as examples of the AR-enabled variants. On November 16, 2021, at 9.00 a.m. PST, a limited pre-sale of select items from this NFT collection will take place on the website TrendyTigers.io.
