Terra Virtua, a digital collectibles platform, has an NFT marketplace as well as a studio for games featuring NFT characters, so the partnership could provide Cardano with a plethora of NFT options.
IOHK, also sent out a reminder about the Cardano Summit NFTs by retweeting Terra Virtua’s tweet and noting the event’s date.
Cardano Ecosystem and ADA Price Action
Charles Hoskinson and Snoop Dogg met in an epic Twitter space earlier this month to talk about the network ecosystem, music, and NFTs.
Following that, the NFT project, Clay Nation, announced its official collaboration with Snoop Dogg and Champ Medici, bringing to Cardano iconic clay animations, land pitches, and unlockable music content.
According to Morgan Schofield, Cardano’s head of ecosystem growth, the network has now issued over four million native tokens across 50,000 minting policies as of March 23.
Both the network’s growth and the NFT industry’s resurgence are linked to the increase in the number of minted pieces of non-fungible art and projects.
The ADA network has reached several milestones in recent months, including an increase of 100,000 ADA wallets in a month, bringing the total number of ADA wallets to 3.2 million as of April 19.
With 400 new projects in the works, activity on the blockchain is exploding. ADA is currently being used in nearly 900 projects.
ADA remains undervalued, despite progress in network expansion. ADA was trading at $0.832 at the time of publication, down 6.88 percent in the last 24 hours and nearly 5.45 percent in the previous week, according to CoinMarketCap data.
