Futu Securities International, the largest online brokerage in Hong Kong, offers new customers deposit bonuses in Bitcoin as part of a promotional offer to encourage them to establish accounts.
New customers who satisfy specific criteria are eligible for various incentives, including substantial Bitcoin awards, from August 1 to August 31, 2024, as indicated on the organization’s website. The purpose of this initiative is to entice new investors and offer them a variety of incentives to commence their trading journey.
The promotional offer is available to individuals who are 18 or older and have yet to deposit funds with Futu HK before August 1, 2024. Furthermore, participants must possess an overseas passport or a Hong Kong resident identity certificate.

The incentives for new deposits are structured hierarchically, providing participants with various choices. To qualify for the first tier benefit, a minimum deposit of HK$10,000 is required by August 31, 2024, and an average daily asset balance of HK$10,000 for 60 days is required.
Three rewards are available to participants: a share of Alibaba, a HK$400 ($51) supermarket voucher, or HK$600 ($76) in Bitcoin. It will take ten trading days to issue or credit the rewards to the account 60 days after the event concludes.
Nevertheless, the second tier incentive necessitates a minimum deposit of HK$80,000 and an average daily asset balance of HK$80,000 ($10,245) for 60 days. Participants can select a share of Nvidia or HK$1,000 ($128) in Bitcoin.
On August 1, Futu Securities implemented digital currency trading services that were subject to regulation by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission.
This service includes spot trading pairs, enabling customers to purchase digital currencies directly using Hong Kong and US dollars at real-time exchange rates.
Following a two-month public consultation process that concluded in February, Hong Kong implemented its innovative stablecoin regulatory framework in July, which was met with widespread approval from stakeholders.
