As part of an endorsement deal with the crypto exchange, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen will take ownership holdings in FTX Trading and get cryptocurrency.
Tom Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, and Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen are the latest celebrities to support the bitcoin industry’s expanding embrace.
The three firms behind the global cryptocurrency exchange FTX, West Realm Shires Services, FTX Trading Limited, and Blockfolio, announced long-term cooperation with Brady and Bündchen on Tuesday.
The great football player and model will each earn cryptocurrency in exchange for ownership holdings in FTX Trading. Brady will be an ambassador for FTX, while Bündchen will be the company’s environmental and social initiatives advisor, focusing on projects to minimize the company’s carbon footprint.
Throughout the relationship, both celebrities will donate multi-million dollar sums to charity on an annual basis.
The new relationship, according to Brady, is simply another example of the crypto industry’s “endless possibilities”:
“This particular opportunity showed us the importance of educating people about the power of crypto while simultaneously giving back to our communities and planet. We have the chance to create something really special here, and I can’t wait to see what we’re able to do together.”
Bündchen expressed optimism that crypto use will continue to rise slowly, stating that the technology’s environmental possibilities was indeed the best part of the partnership for her.
“What attracted me most about this partnership was the potential to apply resources to help regenerate the Earth, and enable people to lead better lives, therefore generating real transformation in our society,” she said.

Brady has been getting more and more active in the crypto world. In April, he announced his own NFT platform.
The footballer intimated that he had invested in Bitcoin (BTC), the world’s largest cryptocurrency, and that he had become a major Bitcoin bull. Brady stated on Twitter on Monday that his participation in the “laser eyes” flash mob had no effect on the Bitcoin market.
Alright the laser eyes didn’t work. Anyone have any ideas? https://t.co/43WyShRxr2
